#12 Kentucky at Missouri

Which is worse, 'typical Kentucky', or Dooley's capacity to fail? That's really the only thing that the outcome of this game decides.

I think the correct answer here might have actually been (C) typical Missouri pass defense (statistically in the bottom 20 in the country the last 3 years, and currently at 123rd) and its recurring inability to play the pass in the late game (when comes down to it)?

7 straight 3-and-outs in their final 7 possessions. Their defense held Kentucky to 3 points for 50 minutes of the game.

That loss was not on Missouri's defense.

IMO, that game was lost on Mizzou's last drive. Lock threw an incomplete pass on 3rd down! WTF? The clock is your friend. I understand wanting to ice the game with a 1st down but you've got to tuck it up and get what you can or simply fall down and keep the clock running OR make UK waste their last T.O.

Instead, Lock stops the clock, saves UK's T.O., and you see what happened.

NB4...see who their OC is? LOL!

Mizzu with the Dooley Effect. It's like the Cabinaro Effect where the teams he's on lose in jaw dropping fashion.

They should be able to beat MTSU, and Louisville isn't doing anything this year.. I don't see them beating Georgia and UT still can't be ruled either way. They could still finish anywhere from 8-4 to 10-2.

I think they split their remaining games, finish the season 9-3, and take on a mediocre Big Ten or Big 12 team in the Outback Bowl.
