There is no DB currently on the UT roster, or committed to them in this years class that is on Vonn's level. Maybe Bonner, hopefully.

McNeil is a very good but very young prospect at safety. Daniel Gray will surprise a lot of people on this board. His physical tools for the position are elite.

My bad, definitely forgot to add McNeil. Damn our safeties will be legit if we can land Vonn.

Even without Vonn we will still be pretty damn good with Randolph, Moore, Mccneil, Miles, Reeves-Maybin (probably nickle to start out) and Brewer, but your right Vonn will make us that much better.

Would love to see VB lined up on the outside at corner. The potential n possibilities there are limitless.

4 CBs consisting of Bonner, Gray, Coleman, and Bell will be some of the best athletes we could line up at CB in a while. JRM needs to be at safety. Sal with dumbness of him playing Nickel is crazy. Kid needs to be running the alley blowing up RBs. Along with Miles and McNeil(bet he starts wrapping up after dealing with E.Lacy lol) at safety we should be blowing guys up. Randolph will be back but we'll see how far back he is from injury. Those guys I would be very confident to make plays in the back end. Orta and Sutton aren't shabby as athletes either.

It is sad to see that Orta has been recruited over. At least Sutton has time to devlop and earn a spot. His athleticism alone will alow him to do so in the future.

You finally said something value added. LOL. Good post.

True. Something I find funny in 2011 Dooley signed eight Dbs and so far the only two who have contributed out of that class and who look somewhat promising is Coleman and Randolph. Byron Moore isn't bad either but he is a Juco. So three out of eight have panned out to this point that is damn pathetic.

Byron Moore isn't anywhere near what we need in a FS.

Moore has 4 INT's and was a horrible drop away from 5...is there anything that can be done about his tackling?

BB....what would you do if you were his coach? I feel like there's alot to work with there and I woul like to think our coaches can work with him in the off season (if they're still here)

He's a soft safety. Which is the biggest problem. He doesn't like contact at all(Cali Boy lol). So there's nothing I would really be trying to do at this stage. I personally don't like players without mean streaks at any position. But a safety needs to come downhill on guys and he just won't do it. He freezes up at the point of attack. He takes bad angles in run support but loves flashing in coverage. I would play Orta at FS and roll with it. He's small but he's a mean guy with great athleticism.

Bell says he isn't worried about the coaching things going on in knoxville.

"I haven't met E.B. yet but I plan on meeting him," Bell said. "He's a hard hitter. He makes plays. He makes plays all over the field. He's got instincts for the game."

Bell said he's not worried about the tumultuous times in Knoxville, where third-year head coach Derek Dooley is under a lot of scrutiny as the Vols have struggled to a 3-4 record and are 0-4 in the SEC.

Bell said he's taking the turmoil in stride, much like how he is dealing with the attention of being one of the top prospects int he country.

Of course your not when everyone is talking about Gruden !! Think about the staff he would bring in !!

Will you just type "Go Vols" for me? Or maybe a "I can't wait to see Tennessee back on top of the SEC"? Because you sir, are trolling pretty hard. He says his true objective opinion and you still talk trash.
