I'd wager a lot of money he won't leave. His kids remained in KY after he took the Arkansas job, his HS son graduated HS in Arkansas and then enrolled at UofL and his wife never wanted to leave KY for Arkansas. He said he had agreed to give up coaching and then when WKU came calling his wife willingly "agreed" for him to get back into coaching because it gave them the opportunity to go back to KY.

UofL gives him everything he needs to be successful, his family loves the city/state and UofL will match most offers; there's no reason to leave.
