Because we haven't had a winning season in 4 years, and if CBJ does badly this year, other coaches are saying he will be on the hotseat in 2015. We haven't really been the stable of job security the past few years. Yes, we look stable right now, but our schedule next year is brutal. If we tank, do we fire coaches (not CBJ, but assistants) also, his family likes Coach Martin and our basketball staff, and there's good reason to believe they could be shown the door soon.

Lol nobody knows where he's going to visit this weekend or where he's going to college. Too much speculation out there. Everyone just needs to be patient. I know it's hard Vol fans but lets just wait it out and let the pieces fall where they do.

The stability of our basketball coaching staff is not even a thought on the mind of the Jackson's. Butch won't be on the hot seat with this recruiting. He won't have the time to do that as he already has a win against a top 10 team.

Those are easy to combat against. Next.

You realize that could be said about your beloved gators, right?
If he picks uf and will bombs again he will be fired along with staff.

Florida hasn't had a winning season in 4 years? I must have missed that.... They lost to Georgia Southern, and that's worse IMO. But Florida could easily win the wide open east next year if they are healthy.

And as bad as they were last year, we were worse. I love our recruiting class, and it fills pretty much every need we have. Adoree would just be the 2nd cherry on our sundae. Because our sundae is already complete. We couldn't ask for more in this class

Good for us that he is announcing in signing day instead of extending his announcement to a later date. Less time with USC
