The basic sports package with Comcast gets you ESPNU. It's like an extra $5-$10 a month. Maybe it's different in Memphis.

i don't have espnu either but i asked my buddy for his at&t/uverse provider username and password so i can watch online. Or anyone you know of that has espnU

I have charter and they would not let it through based on my NID ID. May help others though.
