McKenzie took a screen for a big play, which might have been a touchdown without the quick whistle. He then took a hand off, exploded through a crease for a long score – electric player.

McKenzie had a few huge plays today. He’s a playmaker. He’s quick, fast and excellent in space. He took a screen for a big play and then took a handoff all the way to the end zone for the score. He makes highlight reel plays much of the time he touches the ball.

The VQ guys mentioned this kid the other day in one of their videos. Said something like, even though he's 5'8-5'9, he's one of the 1st guys you notice out on the field. Said he's very elusive and quick with the ball in his hands. Don't let his ranking fool you.

His highlight reel is ridiculous. He's already made #1 on an ESPN top 10 earlier in the year. Here is a punt return he made recently in the state championship game. Notice how he fields it at the 30 then runs back to nearly his own 5? The rest is just beautiful. Grades are an issue with him which I think why the big 3 passed on him. He commited to Notre Dame a few months back but I don't think it was a commitable offer. Right now it sounds like he's really high on the Irish but needs to get his grades in order first.
