Trying to get a recruit to commit on VN is the same as doing it on Facebook, IMO. Shouldn't this be against the rules?

While I agree that Facebook stalking is creepy and over-the-top, Mr. Jackson voluntarily signed up and posts on his thread to have some fun. He's still a young man.

However, I now feel the need to thank you again for your invaluable contributions. Shouldn't you be directing your righteous indignation toward LV right now?

We are a board for a fan base of a team. It's a fan of a college football team, if a recruit wants to put himself on here. The difference is who initiates the contact.

Recruits on facebook wont initiate contact with you. Recruits that go on Volnation want to be talked to by the fans. The whole point of not facebooking a recruit is privacy.
