Eff the gators. They're going down this fall, they should have fired their Dooley last year. It's going to be a bad 2014 for gators, which will be fun.

HG's post today was more of a rumor/unreliable poster from his gator board. He said as much. The info was hard to believe. The unreliable poster just happened to run into them and they gave him all this info just off the cuff.

If a VN poster gave the same info positive about Vols on a visit and we knew the guy was usually full of it, we would be skeptical of the garbage as well.

I think HG knew it was garbage and still posted it. It was trollish. Only he knows if he did it purposely. Doesn't change how it came across.

Troll now means posting anything other than what the reader wants to read.

Had Someone said the mod had talked to Scott and he was wearing a UT hat and said he hated his visit, he would have gotten 100 likes. And the info would have been solid.

But since it wasn't pro-UT, it's called a troll.

If you read what I wrote, I stated that if the same thing he wrote was from a pro UT perspective it would've been just as weak.

I usually don't believe anything Fighting Gator has to say but they've been spot on the last few weeks. Higeons said UF was getting Willis and a 5* CB before anyone had info or the news broke about Tabor. Maybe he has connect and maybe he doesn't. TIFWIW

Even HG notes he usually doesn't believe what this MOD on Fighting Gator states yet still posted the crazy mid visit ish from running into them. This sounds like ish regardless of who it favors.

I personally enjoy being a member of a board that you are not instabanned for not being a fan of the home team. Makes things interesting and shows we aren't threatened by shizz.

I agree that Freak has done a great job in providing us with this stellar board! Also, I do like the fact that rival posters are allowed on this board because, as I stated, it does allow for good discussion and insight from non-vol fans. What does aggravate me are the posters that feel the need to ever so slyly throw in a jab or shot at UT. Whether they provide good information or not, being a die hard vol fan, that sparks something inside of me that pisses me off a little bit. Do I think they should be banned from the board? No, I do not. Now, back to football. I like our chances with Scott . . . Really want him!
