Poona won't be going to any spring games in the next couple of weeks, and here is a article that Shurburtt posted of Gerry Hamilton's and Keith Niebuhr's trip to some of South Carolina's top football player's schools:

it was clear that South Carolina is the leader over Tennessee with Ole Miss (offer) and Ohio State also being in the mix.

he is unlikely to be able to make visits to South Carolina and Tennessee the next two weeks due to the ACT this Saturday and a team fund raising commitment the weekend of the Volunteers spring game.

Yup, should play a lot next season/possibly start.. Will play some this season.. Prob more as the season progresses

Sorry just saw all these. Poona did not attend south Carolina's spring game but will attend the vol spring game. Take the media interviews for what they are...media interviews that keep everyone happy. Last two weekends could of gone to SC for jr day and spring game..did not. Is coming to Knoxville this Saturday. If I was a vol fam I would be very happy with that.

I know vol fans are eager but here is something to remember. Until Hilton Head got their new coach last year, only one player went in to play college ball in the last 15 years and that kid was a walk-on. The new coach places an emphasis on kids going on to play as 8 kids from this years team with be going on to play, two at the division one level. These kids including Poona, do not know anything about the recruiting process and that it was a realistic dream. So him saying he us goin to take some time makes sense. With that said, vols still lead
