I think he was just making a poor joke. He said "Butch Jones gets Poona".

I like EA, his show is a lot more lively than anything on the sports animal, or the slow talking Basillio. But lately it's been to many childish jokes, and not enough solid analysis.

It's hard for me to listen to Ainge or the sports animal anymore. Ainge was cool for a minute when he was new. And he is better than the Sports Animal IMO. But his radio etiquette IMO is pretty bad. Even if he is an ex player, sometimes it's hard for me to put much into what he says. Jmo

Yeah, the day he stops being a frat boy and gains a little professionalism, he will be great.

And Bassilio just bores me to sleep. Listen to him today, he sounds like a zombie. Zero energy or excitement.

The thing that keeps me tuned in is that he's a Vol. It's lesser of the evils, Lol. Half these bozos in Knoxville who make a hefty pay to cover the Vols don't even want them to do well. I truly believe that.

I agree. It seems he's regressed. Once he matures a little and decides he's not a shock jock, he will be great.

I haven't really checked his thread lately but I know I've seen some people mention that his height could be a concern. Not too sure though.

So since this close2poona fellow is incarcerated, dead, or just a fraud, what did he send you guys like Eric/Ron that made you believe him? I remember someone of that group said "trust me" and I blindly did, but I'm very skeptical at this point. Would anyone of you guys mind sharing what was in that email? TIA

I was thinking the same thing last week. I scoured the Louisville forums to look for another poster like a C2P claiming to be close, and there was nothing anywhere. BTW Louisville forums are absolutely terrible. Hardly any participation and very little good information. But I'm sure it has a lot to do with the program history and how the fanbase views it...
