Yeah but the talent level between a WAC bottom feeder and a top 25 Big 12 team is quite a bit different. Utah State should have never been winning in the first place

A&M was a top 10 team that has blown 20-3 and 35-17 half time leads, back to back weeks. Utah State was never suppose to beat Auburn. And until last year, couldn't beat BYU for almost 20 years

Losing by 10 at Florida = beating Arkansas ;)

But seriously... check out Arkansas's defense and Tennessee's offense. You're crazy if you don't think Tennessee has a chance. Bray is going to put up 35 no problem. So Arkansas better put up 50 just to make sure

Again though, it's not like these guys have given away game winning score after game winning score after game winning score like Utah St has....even you were all over that 10 points in less than 2 minutes gaffe....and this last tip the ball into the endzone (that's Houston texans stuff)

I get calling them overrated, but Utah st's got nothing on them....pushed just a bit too far


(I get that part of this on your part likely comes from some feelings on the expansion though)

2) I am a UT fan.
3) My view is indeed biased. However, I think many people besides myself could reach the same conclusion that yes, UT is better than Arky. Don't agree? Sue me.

The Tennessee defense also seems to give up quite a few big play scores last I checked


Honestly, no one ranked needs to be looked at as a W beforehand until this team shows it can beat the better teams

I'm not saying the blown leads aren't comparable in general. I'm saying Utah State wasn't suppose to win those games anyways. They're suppose to suck. A WAC team losing to Auburn and BYU is hardly surprising. A top 10 team self-destructing is far less acceptable. Texas A&M played both games in Texas too while Utah St. was on the road both times

I still stand by the fact that I believe Utah State and A&M's blown leads aren't even on the same level. One is suppose to suck and blew games to better teams. A&M started out ranked #8, went out to large leads and then blew them. The difference in choke is massive since Utah State losing isn't really choking. Auburn and BYU being down is choking. They did what they were suppose to do by winning as pathetic as the margin of victory was

Yeah, Tennessee's defense does. I wasn't the one saying they are nowhere near as good as Arkansas.

You could make the argument that outside of ranking, there is nothing to indicate Arkansas is better than Tennessee
