Considering how smart some of the in-state commitments are (I'm pretty sure Kelly has a 4.0 and a high ACT score), I wonder how much money they could get from academic scholarships along with the HOPE lottery scholarship. Is it possible and legal for guys like Kelly to get a full ride on academic scholarships and be a walk on for the football team? And before anybody starts sending me death threats, I'm not saying Todd Kelly Sr. should have to pay for TK Jr.'s tuition. This is just a hypothetical.

Yes. My friends cousin got a football scholarship from vandy and he is from Nashville so he just got to pocket the HOPE money
