'14 TN DE Jashon Robertson (UT Signee 2/5/14)

This attitude seems to permeate from the entire 2014 class. The drive and want mixed with the humble and selflessness to do what is best for the team is what I truly love about these kids. GBFO!!

Stark turnaround from his Vandy days. It appears he's seen the (orange) light.

This type of attitude with the 2014 class is how UT will turn the things around back to their winning ways. A few more top 5 classes and we will have solid depth and speed to compete with the big dogs.

Nothing against you but I hate when people say compete with the big boys or big dogs. We are Tennessee and have a 100 yr.history of winning. We are a big dog. We've been down a few years but make no mistake we will return to glory really soon. Not getting on you but it irks me to hear that.

A big dog still competes with other big dogs does he not?

And as my final post in this killing spree:

I really love Jashon's attitude, this is the kind of guy that will succeed. Someone so humble and willing to take the field anyway or time that the coaches see fit is a truly rare find.

I have always felt like this guy will be a monster OG for us, but the weight they have him coming in with is definitely our DT weight

You just said it yourself we are down. That would mean we are not what we used to be. We are not competing with the big dogs. Nothing against you but you can get "irked" all you want but it is what it is. All good teams have down times. We are going through a rough patch but we will be get it turned around back to competing with the "Big Dogs" with help the young players like Jashon and the rest of his class.

I want him at guard. May be too athletic to keep off the defensive side of the ball though.

I think he's an OG in college all the way. I just dont see the talent to play DT in this league. I'd much rather have Thomas if it was a decision between the two. This seems like a major reach if the offer is legit. I hope it doesn't mean Hendrix is also about to jump ship and they are getting desperate on the Dline.

Agree with Montrell. Champion Wrasslers = O-Linemen all the way!

edit: That offer is definitely legit. They don't lie to a kid whose best friend is Jalen Hurd.

Kid is 4 star OG

:good!:
