That's certainly what I have taken from his posts. He said if they compete then QD and his dad would need to sit down with the coaches and discuss it. Why? As I have said before if a QB on our team is afraid of competition then we don't need him.

Some of you guys need to realize there are a couple or a few posters that have said several times now that they flat out don't think TG can or would be successful as a QB in UT's offense. It's pretty clear that UT's coaching staff thinks TG can definitely be successful in their system. In other words, they think that they have a better idea of who has what it takes to succeed in the UT offense than the coaches that get paid to run it. When you actually think about that, and realize how highly they think of themselves, you can just do what I do and laugh at every single one of their posts.

As I have said several times before, choosing to compete is something any QB has to do at any school. It's one thing to compete with QBs in other classes. It's something completely different to put yourself in the middle of a logjam of QBs for 1 class as a coach is trying to build his QB roster depth in 1 class.

I think you and LV could not survive without coming into the Gibson thread and find a snide way to bash the kid. If he does come here and plays well, I do hope you continue to bash him. Please stay consistent with your hate for Gibson.
