How firm is that pledge?

“I would say 100 but (its) 80,” Williams told 247Sports Tuesday night. “I’m still open.”

Who is running second and third currently for the nationÂ’s No. 13 back?

“USC Trojans and Tennessee,” Williams said. “Just the love I’m receiving from them. They keep coming harder and harder every day and I stay in touch with the coaches from both schools a lot. I plan on taking an official to USC. I may take one to Michigan, too.”

Williams will join several other prospects from his Winter Garden (FL) West Orange squad on a 10-plus day tour this summer for camps and visits.

They will go to Georgia Tech starting on Saturday and then hit up Louisville, Ohio State, Kentucky, Cincinnati, Tennessee, South Carolina and Clemson.

His teammates,*Jalen Julius, a Florida commit, 2016 athlete*Ervin Barrett*who has offers from Auburn, Ole Miss, South Carolina and Tennessee, and 2016 wide receiver*Eddie McDoom, who has offers from Boston College, Kentucky and Clemson will accompany him on the upcoming tour.

"It was very nice, very nice. I wasn't expecting all of this stuff at Tennessee today. And just to know that they are upgrading, I know it's going to be a lot better the next couple of years," Williams said.

"I was thinking it was going to be country and kind of small and not that much love but everything was the opposite. It was beautiful. There was so much orange and 'Power T's' everywhere," Williams said. "People had on Vols shirts and orange stuff and the weight room had so much orange and I fell in love with the weight room and the stadium was so big. Out of all the stadiums I had seen so far that was one of the most beautiful."

"I got to hang out with coach G and I also talked to coach Jones, also. It was great," Williams said. "It showed they actually wanted me and they weren't playing and they just let me know they wanted me to be a Vol. They showed me a lot of love. They want me to be a Vol very bad."

"I'm still taking these visits and I plan on making more visits this summer and then probably this fall I'll have everything figured out and I'll know where I want to go," Williams said. "I plan on coming back up this summer and then going on an official visit for a game at Tennessee," Williams.

I'd look for him to look seriously hard at UT and OSU. Raved about both visits on other boards. Will check out some other places as well. Miami will have to battle to hang on imo
