"I'm always working to get better," Walker said. "I feel like I rush the passer really well, but I'm just now learning how to stop the run. You can't take to many steps into the backfield and contain the lineman at the same time. You have to balance what you want to do."
"Now I know what I need to work on so it gives me some things and areas to focus on," Walker said. "I'm at it every day. I'm in the weight room about six hours each day and I'm also working on my agility and lateral movement."
"I want to start as a true freshman," Walker said. "I also want to be an architect when I grow up so I'm driven to do well in the classroom. I'm looking for a place that will allow me to pursue that dream."
"They have a good coaching staff," Walker said. "Coach Thigpen is recruiting me and they are definitely a school I'm looking at and listening too. I've not looked at their depth chart to close, but I know they have some good players."
