Gotta be honest: I remember some being skeptical of elder coming over and it seems like he is working his rear off and does a great job with recruits.

Elder is a really talented young guy with a bright future in coaching. It was speculated that if Bajakian left for another gig he would take over calling plays. He won't be with us that much longer, IMO.
