What's the word on Mcelwins staff?

Nothing set but the names coming out of different UF sites are Trob and Durkin possibly Lawing on D.

Billy Napier, Shedrick Irvin and Cristabol or Summers. Brian White may stay as TE coach or an off the field position(Dir of Player Personnel or Football Operations).

That's kind of a double edged sword though. That's Muschamp's defense. That's why I've never bought in on Kirby Smart. Or even the Kurt Roper hire. You knew who was running the show in Durham.

Cristabol would be huge for recruiting but why would he leave Alabama?

He's been exploring offers the last two years. Almost left for NFl last offseason. He can become Associate HC and get closer to being a HC again.

First time in person. He was playing against a team with zero d1 players and a de that was 170 dripping wet he had one play were he made a couple guys miss other than that he was average.

Not in all cases. MC being an AHC is a better title for him moving forward BC he's been a HC previously. Guy isn't getting an OC at a major programs. Its about perceptions.

Just flipped to LSU. We could have sure used him.

TN never recruited him and I can tell you for sure this staff knows all about the Cincy players in this current '15 class. This is not someone I would want TN going after.
