'15 SC DE Rasool Clemons (Ole Miss commit)

Clemson, Florida State, Kentucky, LSU, Tennessee, and Virginia have offered Clemons. His recruited position varies for each. LSU, for example, likes Clemons as a defensive end, while Florida State sees him as an outside linebacker.

“I’m comfortable with doing both,” Clemons said. “I can drop back – my freshman year I actually played corner. So I can drop back into coverage or rush the passer.”

Despite being a big LSU fan, Clemons doesn’t claim a leader or a list of favorite schools.

“All schools are different,” Clemons said. “I don’t have a favorite.”

great prospect and a big time Weakside D-End prospect. Put a redshirt on him and let him put on about 35lbs. Not the same type of End as Phillips but you gotta have those pass rushers. Could be a Barkevious Mingo type player in College IMO.

This kid has a very similar frame to Clowney coming out of high school. This kid is very athletic and once he gets in a S&C program in college....... whoa....watch out!

Alot to work with here. Huge frame that can hold a lot more weight, hes quick, versatile with great length and athleticism. Hes not the same type of D End as Phillips so they wouldnt affect each other IMO.

Clowney was more filled out coming out of high school, I think around 250ish. Clowney was a freak of nature, there just aren't many kids like him coming out of high school.

i agree. hes more like Barkevious Mingo coming out of HS. Which is a good thing if you want to build a stud Weakside D End.
