People need to show this kid a lot of love. Apparently he volunteered to do this. That helped us out a lot, and it shows you how much being a VOL means to this kid. Kid has a lot of upside. He can play multiple positions, and he plays with a big heart. I know we are all excited for Richmond, but you Twitter/Facebook ppl need to show some VOL love to this kid.

It's hard to pick a favorite player in this class because there is so much talent. My pick might just be this kid here who isn't rated as high and doesn't get the attention some of the other commits get. Bruce is the definition of VFL.

The part about him busting his ass to impress Butch, then crying when he was offered on the spot AND now this? Big fan of this kid already.

Might not be the most talented but you need some guys like this on your team. This is the kind of guy that will take pride in whatever role Butch gives him just because he wants to be a Tennessee Volunteer.

It's a risky move unless you're 100% positive the kid won't jump on with someone else.

Kid's a freaking genius, if you ask me. If he doesn't get his scholly in the fall, he just created a huge PR nightmare for Butch Jones. His chances of getting that scholarship increased the second he made his choice to volunteer for the good of the team public. Welll played, young man. Will be cheering hard for you this fall.
