I'm hearing a lot of UGA chatter regarding Kareem.

Darras is a really good athlete that may end up playing baseball at the next level.

This guy is a better prospect than DeAndre Payne is.

He runs in the 4.55 range but that is natural speed. He can train to get faster. 4.5 is plenty enough straight-line speed. Even for the SEC.

You can't coach his body movement and shiftiness.
Could be a starting Slot, CB, or FS...
Superb instincts. He is probably the top playmaker in Tennessee behind Jennings from Blackman

at 6'0" already built well. Very good prospect.

2 years ago I said Cam Sutton and Josh Smith would be starters as freshman before they ever set foot on campus. Of course everyone laughed especially at Smith.

Kareem Orr has all the tools to start next year as well.
Either in Nickel or straight up as the number 2 guy with Sutton.

Vastly underrated prospect.

I wish would recruit him like he's a top 5 player in the state, Because he is..

Don't think he's a top 5 player but he's much better than his ranking... Offer sheet doesn't lie

Kareem has the talent to play on Sunday one day.

I don't know the kid personally, but he runs like one of those FSU WRS from the late 90s.

He moves at a different speed than anyone he ever plays against.

Recruiting rankings are fun and all, but they are off on him bigtime.

Underrated yes, top 5 player in the state no. It is very difficult to judge the ability of a player coming out of Chattanooga due to the level of competition in the area. Quite a few players out of the area that have been "highly rated" have not lived up to their ranking.

Who do we tell no? Newsome, who is elite? Allen? Phillips? Love, which we need another RB? St. Louis if he wants in? Sapp? Jones, which we need another QB?

i know, we cant get them all right? just thinking this kid being closer to home and all, might ought to have gotten a longer look.

Good for him. He went where he could start. He wouldn't have done that here on the bench. TKJr prob would have had that or more if he was full time starter

Extremely athletic player, however he probably runs in the 4.6 range. More of a safety type IMO. I think very highly of Vonn Bell but in terms of pure coverage Kareem is better in that regard. He hasn't really camped at any of the scouting service's camps at all and I am interested to see how he does and how that affects his rankings. I know OSU is in daily contact. Fant (head coach) is a great guy and definitely would not steer him in any direction and would only push Kareem to make the best decision for himself. Whoever said he was classless obviously doesn't know the man or has been around the NDHS program in recent years.

TIFWIW

From March 2014... Nice post

I wonder if Alabama fans say that about DKjr

Wasn't saying Orr isn't good. Obviously he must be pretty good. I was saying he wouldn't have had an opportunity as a freshman here that was available at AZ St to be able to put those numbers up. He would have had to wait around until next year for a shot unless he would have maybe played nickel. Is he not a Saftey? He was at Saftey the game I saw which here he would have been behind Randolph, McNeil, TK at least
