Becker was at practice today in Tampa...
"The Vols had a handful of recruits on hand for the practice. They're able to attend but not speak with Tennessee's staff, per NCAA rules.
Among those spotted on hand were: three-star athlete/defensive back Carlos Becker, who has a strong offer list, and 2017 three-star Juwan Burgess, who also has a stout offer list and is expected to climb in the rankings. 2017 running back Malik Davis also appeared to be on hand."

He's taking OV's to FSU, tOSU, and Ole Miss I'd say they're commutable offers IMO
He also told Fortenberry he was a corner
Alpha Dog
Kissimmee (Fla.) Osceola three-star cornerback Carlos Becker who stole the show. The 6-2, 185-pounder was outstanding in the secondary and showed why some top-tier programs are hot in his trail late in his recruitment.
Becker showed terrific technique in the secondary, was able to flip his hips with ease, and looked like a natural cornerback. With his height, physicality, and ball skills, Becker has the chance to be special at the next level. He also found his hands on the football multiple times, while adding a few pass breakups and an interception off quarterback Malik Henry.

“I really don’t know yet,” Becker answered when asked if the Vols could still an official visit. “I’m just trying to figure everything out.
“They are coming after me pretty hard, though. They’ve come back around the last couple of weeks.”
“I don’t want to be lied to or anything like that, I want a coach that’s straight forward. It was a good 30-minute visit. It was quick, but good. He kept it real with me and didn’t lie.”
“It was more of a walk-through. It looked pretty nice. The defensive backs coach didn’t yell. He just told you your job and if you did that you were done. He’s a pretty chill guy.”
Interesting. In the highlights I watched (limited, I know) he got burned twice and didn't look fluid on the turn.
