Talked to a UF fan about this guy the other day. He said if Manuel commits to FSU (which it looks like he will), J-Rob will flip to UF.

I said "well does he have any interest in UT at all?"

He said "Can't say for certain. Just follow the visits."

This guy is like all of us, he's a homer to his team, but as for recruiting he's pretty straight forward
