Barn."Derrick Brown - While there are some reports out there that the visit went poorly for Tennessee we don't believe those to be accurate. From all indications Brown very much enjoyed his visit to Tennessee and the Vols are still a real player here. Now, as we've said, Auburn liked its chances heading into the weekend and given the recent history of Rodney Garner at Auburn vs Tennessee (Devonte Lambert, Carl Lawson) you probably still like the Tigers chance. But, he's indicated to some that a final decision has yet to be made."

Good news, but still sounds like a long shot in my tea leaf reading opinion. Do you think coaches wait till Wed at 3 or grab another player on Tuesday/Wed AM if they don't have great vibes?
Say what you want, and if you know me as a poster on here, I am very, very far from being a negavol...
But no matter how we finish on Wednesday, if we don't sign a HS DT this class, and only have one overall (Johnson), I will be at least somewhat disappointed.

I understand and will be thrilled to get those three. But not having really good DL depth is a hindrance in this league. We should be ok this year but I'm thinking about the future
I guess you figure that he paid Jamal Lewis, Deon Grant and Cosey Coleman too? Since he was the recruiter responsible for all 3 signing with the Vols.
Sometimes , we have to look past our biases and understand that Garner is just very good at developing a relationship with players and their families.
