Interesting but didn't Brown post that picture at almost the same time the dead period started. Food for thought as now he has to contact Auburn.

Nah. AU will do a drive-by. A former player will just happen to be in Brown's neighborhood, waiting at his school to offer him a ride... and some advice.

I just got a letter in the mail Friday saying we went through 2 Epass lanes on our way to the Outback bowl. Although I don't remember doing that and would almost argue that we didn't, its only 5 bucks and can be paid online.

Funny...I was just sitting here pondering the implications of large unreported 'donations', at a time when the feds are paying far closer attention to such things. Laundering money through not-for-profits could be a much bigger issue than a simple NCAA hand slap, for both the player and the 'donor'. Cash fortified hand-shakes are just good fun, but 5 or 6 figure unreported cash transfers is a whole new level of trouble.

Not if we have prepared ourselves for Brown not coming here already. I will not be crushed. Disappointed yes but not crushed.

Some guys just like certain coaches and schools better than others. Regardless of what some of us want to believe, its not always about the bag man. As far as Steele goes, who knows what he will do at Auburn? He could turn them into a top 25 defense for all anyone knows. People thought Auburn was a sinking ship in Chiziks last year as well. Auburn is nowhere near the bad shape that some claim.

Plus, Auburn has put more guys in the NFL than we have recently. That has to play into it too.
