We will not sign Williams and Emmons. Williams conference is horrible. He is going up against middle school talent on a regular basis. Up to this point, Emmons opponents have been middle school talent as well. Hickory(tonights game) is a decent team with a decent defense that is getting their QB back and healthy so we will see. The Hickory coach was BJ's coach freshman year. Freedom's competition will pick up. If Williams commits this weekend, I expect BJ to go elsewhere.

Who is this Williams that keeps getting mentioned ITT? And is he considered to be on commit watch or something? TIA

Emmons is dramatically better than williams. not even close. i saw wiiliams again last night and the opposing team quit with 4:50 left in the 3rd fown 62-0. terrible. williams is a good back not great. emmons is elite.

i fully disagree as shelby burns and newton conover as middle school talent. they have good talent. few in the YVC do.

As of most, I don't question ejb8910 as a source.... but I will say that the talent he has faced thus far, has been average at best for the exception of Conover. Which was called a tie due to weather, granite he was well over pace for 200+ yards. Me being an alumni of Freedom High and a VFL I truly hope he commits. That being said..... he most definitely is on a different level compared to his opposition. His real competition will occur in the playoffs. I will present at the game tonight and guarantee Freedom will win by 20+ or I'll eat a BIG FAT CROW!! I'll let you know how it goes..... VFL!!! Beat da Gators!!!

Damn that sucks. It's going to be a great environment tomorrow, wish he could have been here for it. Hopefully he will have plenty of them in the future though :)

I personally prefer marble but granite's not bad.

burns always has talent. it is young talent this year but they are still pretty good on the defensive side of the ball.

42-12 freedom. BJ was big time. He passed 1000 yds for.the season before halftime. 4tds, not sure on yds but around 200. Played defense first half too.

Emmons had another solid night, around 200 yards 2 touchdowns that I saw. No CROW will be eaten here 42-12 freedom

I was a little off on those stats, BJ had 320 yds rushing and three touchdowns on Friday night. sorry guys!
