No. He's Colin Kaepernick physically with a better head on his shoulders.

And Colin Kaepernick's physical profile is nothing to sneeze at. He's got everything you could ask for in a QB physically.

I'd say he's more of a Michael Vick/Joe Montana hybrid with the intelligence of Neil Degrasse Tyson. GOAT.

He hasn't played a down in CFB yet

Doesn't change the fact his PHYSICAL PROFILE matches Colin Kaepernick. Similar size, build, athleticism, and arm strength. Hell they even look similar.

People keep getting my comparisons twisted. I'm not saying he'll perform like Kaepernick or even have his level of success. Just saying they have the same tools. Sorta like how Kobe is similar to Mike eventhough they've not had the same success.

This is who I think he compares to as well.

Tennessee seemed set at the quarterback position for the class of 2014 when Austin Kendall committed to the Vols on August 3, 2014. On Christmas Day 2014, New Jersey signal-caller Jarrett Guarantano tweeted out about a conversation he had with Butch Jones and it started the move to land the New Jersey native.

Tennessee had already landed Kendall, but there was something that didn't add up when Guarantano's name continued to pop up around Christmas and moving forward. After seeing Joshua Dobbs breathe life into the second half of Tennessee's 2014 season, it isn't a stretch to think the Vols wanted a better fit for their offense than Kendall.

That someone was Guarantano. Ohio State was long considered the destination for the New Jersey native, but a strong relationship between Butch Jones and Jim Guarantano, Jarrett's father, helped Tennessee make quick in-roads. By the spring, the Vols and Buckeyes were neck-and-neck with the Vols winning out and Guarantano jumping all in to be a part of Team 120.

He's about to throw in a competition on ESPN (I know it was prerecord but I didn't see it).

I'm assuming most of you've seen it already, but his arm is huge. He was drilling the target from 40 yards away with a beautiful spiral.

He won the competition and looked amazing.

I missed it. What competition was it? It may sound a little cliche but JG is one of my favorite commits. From what I have seen if him and what he did against a loaded IMG team, he has the chance to be a very special QB.
