At 6'4, 220lbs, and running a 4.6, he could also be envisioned as a DE or LB.

Who knows though? Another puzzling offer by the best staff in America.

1st film of him as a TE gets released and Bob Welton gets all over this kid. Believe Brown also said a lot of schools contacted him yesterday. I'd let this one play out. Kids like this pop up every cycle.

I still remember Volnation's reaction when we were the first to offer Eddie Jackson.

His dad has already said the very thing I just posted. They are opening his recruitment back up, although still committed. You act like I said something derogatory about Chase. I just wondered out loud, if maybe he told Butch he wants to look around. Sounds like it's exactly what happened based on his dad's comments.

The senior tight end from Jones High School in Orlando, Fla., told GoVols247 late Sunday night that he committed to the Vols shortly after learning of his offer from them, choosing Tennessee over offers from Marshall, Florida International, Massachusetts, Florida A&M and Gardner-Webb.

Except that he switched positions this season and teams have had only a couple days to evaluate him as a tight end. He hasn't even been ranked as a TE yet. The sites also said that he has received interest from other major schools as well. Jury is out on this guy, no reason to act like this yet

Now wait a minute, Scott is the TE recruiter and not many TEs get any real ranking opportunities, this guy might be a 3* just waiting to bust out.

It is a message board for crying out loud. He offered HIS OPINION as to why he thought we took Brown's commitment based on his dad's comments. 99.9% of comments made on here are peoples opinion. No need to bash someone for their opinion.
