What's the deal with his back/neck injury? I read on two different team sites that some have concerns about the extent of the injury. IIRC Rowe said it was more serious than Sermon's camp was letting be known.

They have mentioned for over a year about a package deal, we all know those normally don't work out. This guy at RB has top 5 talent, no questions on talent just on durability. Hasn't played a full season the last two seasons and had a back injury last year, not what you want in a RB. Look for most to try to get him to push his announcement back to see if he can play healthy this year. If he can (and I hope he does), everyone will be coming hard for a commit.

I am sure he has or will add weight, but I hope that 40 time is wrong no matter if he picks us or not. I assume that 40 time was clocked when he was at weight listed. Do not get me wrong I view vision and cutting ability over straight line speed, but you have to be sub 4.6 as rb or receiver imo unless pure power back like Jerome Bettis or Ron Dayne.

1)That .40 time was from 13 months ago.

2)Whatever his 40 is now, he has an Oregon offer. He's fast enough for us.

Oh no this is not going to be a "bash" session. He's good. He's gonna be real good. I take it as the staff feels good about a couple other guys higher on the board. Nothing else.

I am not bashing, just questioned how accurate that 40 time was that was listed. Now having said that I looked at some more recent recruiting profiles on him and he looks very athletic/stronger build than what was posted on first page.
