Bc a lot of posters only look at stars and can't think for themselves. They can't watch his tape and build their own opinion. Gotta be told what to think unfortunately. He's a good player.

It really is this simple. Can't do that with some of the other coaches. Can with Gillespie. Best position coach on the team and one of the best in the country at his position group.

Agree. The only one currently on staff who remotely deserves it based on his unit meeting/exceeding expectations.

Coleman: “They just talk to me about the team and just telling me that I’m going to have a big role. That I just have to work hard. They’re going to need more ‘backs next year since a lot of them will be gone, so they’re just telling me to stay in shape and keep grinding after the season.

Has Tennessee discussed recruiting a third tailback for 2017?

Coleman: “We talked about it a little bit. I didn’t really ask much about it. I was just like, ‘Whatever it takes to make the team better.’ That’s basically what I said about that whole situation.

I asked them, ‘Who was it,’ but I don’t really care too much about it.”

I haven't heard anything but how the remaining spots would be based on what Akers does. LSU was in a good position a few weeks ago but maybe not as much now with FSU a more likely landing spot. I would think a run at Etienne would make more sense.

The word I got during the summer is that LSU stick with Edwards-Helarie and would recruit Akers, if they missed on Akers they were willing to just have one RB in the group. Which sounds pretty dangerous to me as they will only have 2 RB scholarship players on the roster for 2018 with experience, and Brossette will be Senior. Well unless we count Fournette's little brother who is playing out of position. imo

The info I got is old though... there is a new sheriff in town with new deputies. If I hear anything new I will let you know.
