Really? Sounds like UT was mislead altogether. Brice (247) said multiple times that UT was possibly leading for Akers in the week or so prior to his announcement. VQ wasn't the only UT source pumping the good vibes with Akers. Callahan was much more reserved, but that's just him. Whether he actually knew something or not, I don't know.

Callahan and his predictions seem way more on target than Brent lately.

But FTR, I prefer Internet Cleric to knight. Knights can't heal party members or banish the undead. And if you're gonna be a fighter class, Barbarians are way cooler and deal more damage :crazy:

I just realized that FSU now has 2 of the top RB's in the country in the 2017 signing class: Akers(#1 overall RB) & Laborn(#1 overall APB). And, James Cook who is a top 3 RB for 2018. Good grief. How did they pull that off? Let me answer that myself.. Being a solid program year after year.

There has ALWAYS been perks, at every school. My boss in the 90s was the VP and huge Tn donor, some of the donations was to "'as he called it, the RockyTop Fund". More than once I'd hear RTF got another one. UT used to live in GA's backyard for top talent.
