I went ahead and deleted him from the commit list. I think the general consensus is that if the kid can't hang on to the starting QB spot at his Connecticut HS then he probably isn't an SEC caliber QB prospect or even a project.

Wasn't the back up last game and had arguably his best game. 245 yds and 5 TD's in a 55-21 playoff win. Like Hooker better though

Yeah, Barnett, JRM, Corey Vereen, Josh Malone, Coleman Thomas. None of those guys improved at all.

Hooker had a huge outing last Friday against Davie County, leading his team to a 54-30 win by passing for 274 yards & 2 TDs and rushing for 176 yards & 3 TDs on 17 carries.

So far this season he's passed for 24 TDs & run for 23 more.
