Sorry don't mean to be that way. The way I see it, if we live up to expectations this year Shoop will be a prime target for a HC. I meant that as a good thing! Just gotta pay the man :)

I ran into most of the coaches this past Saturday night in downtown Nashville (they were there for the camp). Thig said they'll be getting every prospect in the state they want except Jacoby. He said there was no way with Jacoby.

With a talent pool as deep as our instate group is this year, I'd gladly trade the #1 player to land every other instate guy we wanted. That means landing Tee Higgins, Trey Smith, Maleik Gray, Princeton Fant, Gentry Bonds, Ty Chandler, plus others. More than a fair trade-off.

Forgive the slight thread derailing, I'm a very part-time recruiting follower. Why no chance with Stevens? Just wants to go out of state?

Seems like Stevens is Jalen Ramsey 2.0. Just wants nothing to do with UT right now.

I've never gotten the feeling that he has much feels for the Vols. Looking for any opportunity to sign with any team other than the Vols.

I'm confused. Are you saying that Stevens is the best in state. Or that we'll be okay without Smith or Higgins?
