17' TN DB Chris Bell (UT commit 1/14/17)

Probably figure this kid has the frame to put a lot more weight on. Miller is only 5'11" so weight wise he is as big as he is getting, Bell also appears to be a little faster.

Yeah he has pretty decent speed for his height. We don't need to freak out here. Just trust the evals. Mosely has struggled recently, but he didn't have another big offer coming into college. Just look at the highlight film for the kid without knowing what he's ranked and try to be objective, and trust the evals.
