Which one over the other? If it's engineering, I'd say Navy. Depending on finances, an appointment to Navy is a definite advantage. IIRC a Harvard offer isn't a scholarship?

C'mone! It says "Hard Commit". You know exactly what that means. I did say committed & not signed.
