You know who his father was. I saw a headline about him on TOS and didn't see a thread. First time for me to start a player thread, so I am doing my best. I didn't realize that he literally goes to school about 5 minutes from my home. I am not sure how much we will really recruit him, but he has good cutback vision for a sophomore.

Same for me VG. Living in Bartlett and didn't even know the Haydens live in this area!!! Hope he blossoms into a clone of dad!

I had a class with Aaron. It was the semester he got drafted to the NFL. Don't recall seeing him in class after the draft.

I still remember Stewart and Hayden's debut against Louisville. That was a Schnellenberger coached team if I recall.

Good speed and good hips on this kid. Looks like he could do well at corner if he doesn't work out on offense.

Performance: Hayden lived up to that all-purpose listing in his position title on Sunday, lighting it up during one-on-ones and showing an impressive set of hands while doing so. The son of former NFL running back Aaron Hayden, Chase has terrific football instincts to go along with special ball skills. His speed and route-running ability out of the backfield make him a very tough cover for bigger, slower linebackers and he looks like he has the skills to play major college football down the road.

Chase Hayden was present at our NPA camp on Sunday. He was a great prospect at RB and Wr. He is a guy I think could play either running back or maybe even slot. He could be one of those utility guys that could do several different things. He just always gets open. The most impressive thing was that he chose to come to our camp vs going to play in a tournament with his AAU tm aka Team Penny out of Memphis. Btw his dad Aaron Hayden looked like he could still take a few carries himself.
