Sort of splitting hairs anyway. Technically there is tidal water that goes all the way to Richmond. Sometimes you can get from Richmond to NN faster than you can cross over to Norfolk.

Takeaway point - Virginia is loaded with talent and has produced some absolute studs in the past. AI/Vick come to mind, but there are countless others. We need to keep it as a recruiting priority.

it's a long trip and i'm sure CJP has several in homes to do. i'm sure this won't be the last contact. probably more for Dad than anything else, or at least i'm sure that's a large part of it.

i think OG still feels pretty high on UT. i also think socal is home and it'll be hard to leave if everyone involved (family) isn't convinced.......enter jeremy pruitt.:thumbsup:

I live in Central Virginia and follow HS football around here close. The 804 is LOADED with talent and people sleep on the football here. Chris Tyree, one of the top 5 players from 2020 is in the area and UGA & Miss St is the only SEC schools to offer. Clemson was by to see him today from what we are hearing. Kid is a STUD. Greg Dortch from Wake Forest came from here and only a few schools offered.

For sure man, I love Richmond. Not uncommon to see orange around town either (like any other city).

Why? It would be very easy to quell the nonsense by announcing he's staying home.

I think it's the opposite. The longer it goes, the better our chances. He's buying time & keeping his options open. Likely to give the rest of the fam to warm up to the idea..
