#18 Colorado vs Colorado State

We probably wouldn’t do an NIL deal KFC or vice versa, but I’m sure could find something . Everyone would be on board . Just imagine if Deion came here and beat Bama and some other big programs like he has so far.

I'm not saying he can't.

But I am saying I don't think it would be worth it.

What other "big programs"? And which ones "so far"?

TCU? Got smoked 65-7 in the Natty in their last game before CU, and lost their best talent from that team. 2-1, with wins against Nicholls State and Houston. How Kirby Smart sleeps at night knowing he might face TCU again is beyond me.

Nebraska? The 2022 4-8 powerhouse? There are high school teams in Texas, Georgia, and Florida that could have given Nebraska a game.

CSU? Good Lord. The 3-9 (2022) and 0-2 (2023) MWC powerhouse that lost to Oregon State by 26, but was tied with CU at the end of regulation?.

CU is winning by an average (non-OT) score of 36-28, against opponents that are a collective 3-5.

Oregon and USC must be curled up in the fetal position knowing they have to play Colorado.

Hoss, put down the crack pipe...turn off ESPN...and think for yourself just this once.

Deion Sanders is a world-class athlete, and his son is a legitimate NFL prospect. Travis Hunter is legit. Deion-like talent on both sides of the ball.

And that's where the magic stops. Just as soon as "Coach Prime" runs in to a team with P5 talent, his mojo is going to take a huge hit.

Personally, there are probably a number of SEC head coaches...Nick Saban among them...who would give anything to have Coach Prime show up in the SEC. They remember Butch Jones.

Go Vols.

Look at the post above your last post.

BOOM. You got me. Like I say, when you're owned, own it.

Dang your hide. I wasted a lot of brain cells on that one, and I don't have many left.

;)

Haha. I know. I felt bad. You put everything on the screen that I’m feeling when I see people that are serious comparing Heupel to Deion. No doubt yesterday was bad, but some people on here need to get a grip.

Except there's literally photos of him doing the opposite of what he said.. so who's really brainwashed here?

Rofl, he was proven to be a giant hypocrite, plus there no reason for him to start the trash talk and take a shot at DS. Plus for how disrespectful he was whining about DS being, he seemed pretty respectful in the postgame handshake.

Here’s your weekly Colorado dis

Lanning said that in late July. Oregon was still in the Pac-12 at that time. They weren't accepted to leave in the first wave alongside USC et. al. although they wished to. Lanning there was snarking disingenuously about Colorado walking out on the Pac-12 (for the Big 12), as if he were representing the integrity of the Pac-12 stalwarts. At that very time, he and Oregon themselves were working frantically behind the scenes to finalize their own deal to flee the Pac-12 (for the B1G). Lanning and Oregon bolted less than a week after Lanning made his snide remark toward the disloyal.

Colorado was voted co-national champions in 1990. They were lucky to tie us that year, imo. (That was before CU left the Big-8 (now the Big-12) to join the Pac-12.) As for Oregon, "I don't remember them winning anything." 😂

They'll likely win this game by a lot of points.

Reality about to set in at Boulder. I’m a fan of Deion bringing the 90’s era mentality back to the game….with that comes the jawing and the taking it personal on both sides.

Yeah, I should've pointed out that those comments were made a while ago, but they resurfaced this week and I'm sure prime will make use of them.

I understood what you did and why, prof. I didn't mean that amplification for you, but for anyone who might be mislead. Plus I just felt calling Lanning out. 😂

In certain moods I might concede that it was sorta funny at the time. I was at that Tennessee-Colorado game I mentioned, btw, as a lad. Thank you for beating Saban. I think we started a trend!

You can’t compare Deon and Butch Jones. One was a world class athlete who can relate to his players. The other is a trumpet player used car salesman who can’t coach well anywhere.
