I do apologize. The only recruiting service saying that he has an offer from Baylor is Rivals but the rest don't list Baylor.

The tweet is more trustful & proof so I have to recant my post & say I was wrong. I didn't check his twitter before making my last post in this thread. Thanks.

Rivals also lists every other school as a Medium level of interest for Surtain but shows him as having zero interest in Baylor. He may have an offer but he doesn't think much of it.
