So out of our 11 commits we have 4 DTs?

From what I have read Pruitt love versatility because up tempo cuts out sub packages so he likes guys can play multiple spots without him changing personally if there isn't time to sneak a package in.

Kingston said they like him because he can play any spot in the line in their defense. I believe Emerson going to be another one of those guys that can lineup anywhere on the line. Not sure about lawless. Litaker well who knows what is happening there.

He commands more double teams than McKenzie. I think he'll be a good NT

For pass rushing, he gets doubled. His pass rushing DT skills translate to DE in the 3-4. NT is supposed to hold the point of attack and occupy blockers. Khalil is better at that.

Cool. He's a very good 3*-4* ...i smell potential, or at least Coach Rumph did.

Whichever position they put him. Tuttle needs to be on the field

Not sure this is boom material gents

We've got like 189 spots available and likely some transfers/departures that will happen by Spring Football. A 6'4, 270+ lb, DL that Pruitt likes and was thought of highly by Michigan State is worthy of mild boomage at this point. Unless, of course, you'd prefer we just field some walk-ons in his place.

I don't mean for this to sound bad, but the best thing about his game for the Vols is that he's a big body on defense. And they don't have enough. He can grow into and play that end position in a 3-4. I don't think has been as productive as Matthew Butler was a year ago, but both are the same size (tweeners in a 4-3) but both could fit the DE spot in a 3-4 better.

Harris has to get more explosive and use his hands better, but size wise he's what Pruitt likes.
