'18 FL WR Anthony Schwartz

This. Reminds me of Grant Holloway last cycle. He decided on T&F over SEC football offers. Decision has worked out well for him so far at UF.

The thing about Schwartz is no one really knows how good of a football player he truly is. His ranking is based mostly on camp and 7 on 7 performance. If you look at his production, you definitely don't see a Top 150 kid stats.

He had like 9 catches last season so there's that.......

I'd give HG a like before I'd give them to some of the supposed Vol fans on here.

You're a good poster for a gator fan.

I'm fine with Florida taking a spot in their class for a kid that likely doesn't ever play football.

Really? First I heard about that

Is he really that obsessed about track? If it was likely he never plays I don't think he'd be rated as high as he is or have the offers he does

I know he's fast but I honestly haven't heard much about him being heavy into track or having Olympic hopes

Usually they're pretty open about that like the Holloway kid mentioned above he made it very clear he picked UF because of the track

If he is going the track route coaches should pass on him IMO take Copeland and maybe one more if another stud wants in and call it a day

Perhaps our track program has improved to the point he is interested?

U know if Coleman had not decided to go pro, it might have helped or maybe it helps that he went pro. Either way, UT finished in the Top 10(I think 6th) at the NCAA Track and Field Championships. Too bad Florida won it

Well Jacob Copeland just committed to UF so Tennessee Auburn and who ever may end up getting Schwartz if they push hard enough

Unless UF gives Williams and Gammage the boot which is rather likely

Think Thornton is gonna stick tho coaches like him a lot from what Ive read

WOW!!! Hell of a WR class assuming they tell Williams and gammage to kick rock

Chatfield is great pick up too

Really only position that's lacking now is DL I thought rumph would be one of our best recruiters but dude has been garbage at Getting DTs

Slaton and Concliffe basically fell into his lap and the other guy Campbell

Legit DTs don't grow on trees in Fla. Look at the top DT this cycle and find one from Fl. The IMG kids don't count. Briggs is the only one in the Top 25 and he's basically a jumbo DE. UF top 3 targets are all out of state. He's done fairly well at DE. Still wouldn't trade him for many DLC tho.

How can a WR be good if he doesn't have a QB to throw him the ball?

Ya like it's gonna be that way forever UF will never find a solid QB again lol keep the hope alive

Fact is we won 10 with treon Del rio and appleby
