I think he said he was just hasn’t officially entered. Copeland legit went on an OV to Maryland then came back to play in the bowl game.

Nope, not yet. Richardson hasn't announced that he's entering the portal as of yet. Jones entered the portal but stated that he would still be playing in the bowl game.
