'18 GA OLB Adam Anderson

talked with a few people around aa after the game friday, asked their thoughts and specifically asked about tn. This was their thoughts.

"man, tn is pulling out all the stops. They are coming after adam hard. They are definitely giving him something to think about. Chat is going hard too"

Adam should see that early playing time is very possible here, plus we have some good players coming in this class as well. Great opportunity here and the type of player at LB we need. GBO!!!!!

From 247:

Rome rush end Adam Anderson was a terror all night for Fields. At 6-foot-5, 220-pounds, Anderson has a long and rangy stature. He used his wingspan to get separation from the offensive tackle and create pressure on Fields. Sometimes, he ran right over the tackle. He showed the ability to close and get to the quarterback. Anderson caused an interception on the first drive of the game when he hit Fields as he was setting up to throw. Anderson is a four-star prospect with a 96 overall grade. His 247Sports Crystal Ball is currently 100% to Georgia.

Lol.....I can say in all honesty, There has never been a beer with ultra in it's name touch my mouth.

I drank Johnnie Walker Blue last night. Quite a bit of it.

The Ultra is very wet, which can be a good thing if you're thirsty. I've had it a few times. If you want a beer to sip for an hour or to sit on you like a freaking meal, ultra is not it.

I think UT has caught UA for second place. No mention of Clemson or FSU at all. Clemson I'd say is 4th and FSU 5th. Think he will wait till at least mideseason as he wants to see how Ga plays on the field. Good spot for TN if Ga falters. Thing is from those Friday, he has committed twice, decommitted twice, he wants this to be it so he wants to be 100% certain then he will be done.

That is the impression I have gotten but we don't know how close a 2nd we are. It goes without saying we must beat Georgia for the 3rd year in a row and probably go 9-3 in the regular season. Winning the SEC East would have to help as well but would all of that be enough? My guess is, we could do all of that and still watch Anderson sign with the puppies.

If we do all of that, then I wont be the least bit disappointed if he still decided to become a dawg. In that scenario we will have many more options trying to get on board anyway.

The Vols will also play in front of several notable uncommitted prospects, including DE/OLB Adam Anderson. Tennessee still trails UGA and Alabama but is working hard here and Monday is another opportunity for Tennessee to make up some ground.

I would guess that our need at LB and potential for early playing time will be on full display Monday.
