Also, before all the Nega-Vols say there goes Martinez. I'm glad we are continuing to go after as many high ranked players as possible. Don't put all your eggs in one basket. This year I don't think we are letting that happen, by staying proactive. Keep it up Coaches! You are killing it this year!

Jarren Williams

Lawrenceville (Ga.) Central Gwinnett signal-caller Jarren Williams impressed this spring. Williams, who decommitted from Kentucky recently, is one of the highest ranked three-star quarterbacks in the country. He completed 65 percent of his passes and threw 26 touchdowns and only two interceptions as a junior. He has good size and athleticism. Williams also has a strong arm and makes good decisions. Alabama, LSU and Florida offered in the past few weeks.

If Martinez ends up elsewhere, this is the QB I want in this class.

It will be a good thing if we get one of these other QBs to go along with Penix.

Is there any chance that the staff would just take one QB?

Yeah, if no one else on their list accepted.

They're pretty actively trying to secure another.

Quarterback Jarren Williams of Lawrenceville (Ga.) Central Gwinnett is a wanted man. In fact, he is one of the most sought-after players in Georgia right now. We profiled him Tuesday because Auburn has started to show interest. In fact, Tigers ofensive coordinator Chip Lindsey will watch him practice next week. Right now, it's an all-out feeding frenzy for Williams as top programs search for a quarterback. FSU and LSU visited this week. Georgia just offered. Florida is recruiting him extremely hard. So are Tennessee and Ole Miss. But according to Williams, Kentucky, the program he de-committed from last week, still leads.

lol Miami had a rough day. You could get a top 25 class from their decommitments alone. It seems richt is seriously done. They’re really turning on him on the canes boards right now. Check it out for a quick laugh. Also according to the Miami insider on 247, haselwood used Miami as a smokescreen for OU...

Here is some insider info and how unreliable it can be. Last year im at a local bar in Lawrenceville drinking with Central Gwinnetts head coach. This is when Williams was committed to Kentucky. Coach flat out tells me he is going to decommit from Kentucky and end up signing with Bama. Well he was half right and half wrong. Insiders only know what others think and honestly with 17 and 18 year old kids who knows what they think.

Crazy how quickly their situation is spiraling out of control.
