I don't think Teague is as fast as Teague. Very doubtful any of these kids are running 4.31s

Probably not, but Teague is still probably faster than Dixon. But faster doesn't mean better. Dixon is the kid, I want at RB, in the 2018 class. Hopefully, UT can make it happen at OCD, this weekend. Dixon is perfect for UTs offense, imo

Kamara didn't have the fastest top end speed as proven at the combine, but that burst and quickness made him one of the best backs in the country. He'll be an NFL star imo.

Yeah I like Dixon's explosion a lot. He seems to have the burst and lateral agility to create on his own, though maybe not the straight line speed to break off as many long TDs.

I see Teague as kind of the opposite. Give him lanes to run through and he'll probably have the speed beat angles and house his fair share of carries, but idk if he's the type of back that will make as many defenders miss in space.

I just want a talented guy who wants to be at Tennessee. Not only does he want to be here, but he will give his all for Tennessee. Teague obviously did not want to be here and that is fine, I wish him the best.

I think Teague is very talented, but I also think Dixon is too. I agree with what most of you all have said about them having different characteristics that make them stand out in their own way. I also agree that Dixon seems to fit our offensive style more. Regardless, it would be nice to get our 18' back soon.

I hope so. That would be the final piece for the offensive side of the ball, in this recruiting class, imo. Plus, it will take the pain away from losing Teague to OSU and that scumbag, Urban

Tennessee appears to be in the best shape with Dixon, who has routinely made trips to Knoxville and has an unbelievable bond with Robert Gillespie. We’d be shocked if Dixon pulled the trigger this weekend, but we do believe he is very close to a decision.
