Also, remember we have 3 senior cornerbacks. Wiggins, Martin, Moseley. So it would make sense for the coaches to lean towards experience at the moment. Still would not be surprised to see Osborne end up starting this season.

Agreed, and I think the some other young guys we're not talking about that will find themselves being counted on this year and next as well.

Its an adjustment going from high school to college, especially at this level in this conference... So it's ok to expect, and demand some development going forward.

And were finally getting to the point where these freshmen don't have to be impact players in day 1, season one.

We still have holes in places, but one thing I really like scout this class so far is the quality of the line of scrimmage players were accumulating. If you get quality, competitive depth at the LOS, and you have a QB, you can almost fake it at other positions...

Gerald, a junior college defensive end originally from Florence, said he hopes to announce his college choice Thursday.

“That’s the plan,” Gerald said Tuesday afternoon.

Should he follow through and choose TN it will be an excellent pickup.

Gerald has been offered by Alabama, Florida, LSU, GA, aTm, South Carolina and Tennessee — and those are just his SEC offers.

Along with the SEC offers, Gerald also has offers from Florida State, Oklahoma...

i've made a conscious effort to get back out. 3rd day in row. with tee times scheduled the next 3 as well.

too easy to go walk 9 at lunch or after work in an hour....plus if i play like i did today....gotta keep it going.. ride the momentum....:)..:thumbsup:
