Don't agree with a lot of your posts but this one is spot on, IMOthat video is funny--not exactly a stellar right tackle, there. Reminded me of that practice clip from some HS all-star game in
which KMac destroyed some supposedly well-regarded offensive lineman. I thought, wow, we've got ourselves a future AA defensive tackle. Still waiting for that guy to show up....Everybody's great when they commit, eh?

SIAP. SECCountry South Carolina:
Earlier this week, Gerald told Phil Kornblut that hes intent on flipping his commitment from Tennessee, noting that anything is possible.
Its a long season and Im going to watch Tennessee this year, watch all the teams I have my eyes on, and see how everything lines up, Gerald said. There will be coaching changes everywhere so Ill watch where the coaches go. Right now, Im firm but I cant lie to you and say the visits arent to see what the schools have to offer because I do want to see that.

Bolded makes zero sense.
That, or the journalist has no idea what the word "intent" actually means.
Reading into Gerald's actual quotes, it does sound like there is some reason for concern and that his family has a lot of say in his decision. That being said, I doubt they've had a change of heart, but probably just want to confirm their feelings that Tennessee is the right choice.
Recruiting DEs for this class has been a bit rough, so I hope we hang on to him.
