Agreed on chandler and Hurd, although I like jk he wasn't as highly touted, and Kamara was a transfer, s not exactly recruited in the traditional sense. As a counter argument, how many more acclaimed backs have we offered and missed on? To me it seems we are always scrambling for a quality Rb. Teague is another one. Solid back, home state.... I repeat ( even if over dramatic) what gives?

Kelly was very highly regarded by Lemming who is as knowledgeable about Illinois, Michigan, and Ohio as any of the recruiting analysts out there. He was rated by him as being the top athlete in the Midwest but nobody could decide if he was a safety or a RB.

He is legit but even he said on this one it's all over the place. His source said auburn last week and now UgA this week. So same source has flipped I'm a week. Signs on a kid not letting anyone know anything

He said today that he's not on the verge of making a final decision and will only shortlist teams that have already offered.

“A short list will come after my family and I talk this week. Approximately one month or shorter (within a month) for final decision. I may have a specific date soon. My family and I will be talking about that this week.”

Right now, I don't think Teague will commit this week though. So perhaps UT still has some time to work here. Based on all the folks we talked with on spring tour, I don't see South Carolina as a real contender. Auburn is always mentioned, while Georgia and Ohio State (an offer that still hasn't come) remain on the periphery. Could Clemson try to get into the mix? Might be too late.

We could be in trouble if CBs are a true indicator. Thank goodness they aren't many times. I think we will make his top 3 and then we will see where it goes from there. Hope we can land him. He may not be elite but he is really good and can be a very productive back in the SEC. (my opinion of course)

This one is getting interesting. Its starting to feel like this might be one where the kid picks Tennessee but we weren't really expecting it.

Or maybe he picks someone else and we have a nice ol volnation meltdown.

I just now noticed that ESPN has him ranked extremely low compared to other sites. What the hell is the matter with those knuckle heads?
