I would be surprised if he didn’t get a waiver honestly. He has a much better case for it than some others that have received a waiver.

I thoughts Gibbs and Solomon were grad transfers so the schools cant.

As a freshman I dont think the same rule applies. I know the kid that left USC for Texas had to be cleared by USC to leave. Figured same for steele.

None of them are grad transfers. And the kid from Texas hasn't even applied with the NCAA yet but USC has nothing to do with whether he will play this year or not. Bru McCoy is his name.

Between this guy and Bru McCoy (?sp) the kid who enrolled early at USC then went through the portal immediately to utjr at el austin and now is back in the portal apparently heading back to USC they will have themselves several PRE-MADONNA’s on the team.
