Did Moore play with Wilson and Raynoch? I don't have the best memory, but I thought it was Westmoreland

The timeline doesn't match. Eddie Moore played in the early 2000s, right after Al, Raynoch, and Westmoreland. I don't remember Westmoreland being referred to as E-Mo. It doesn't even make sense really, but that's been a long time.

E for Eric of course, then they got Mo from the MOreland part of his last name.

Yeah, I see where it came from. Doesn't make a ton of sense (like D-Mo did for Demetrice Morley or Demarius Moore), but I get it.

I like how everyone all of a sudden is claiming Raynoch as their favorite Vol.

If I was as cool as my friends Scotty Flat Top and TBrown, I'd make a comment about shooting with me in the gym.

Yes sir, best ever, imo. Jackie Walker, Kiner and Hacksaw were great to but, b4 my time

Not sure all 3 played at the same time

They did all play together, Tim Priest was there as well. They were all part of the team that set the NCAA intereception record that many have said would never be broken. Occasionally when a team has a lot of interceptions in one year the record is brought up. I always enjoy those rare instances because the announcers talk about the record with such amazement in their voices. Brings up very fond memories of listening to those games with my dad as well.

Just looked up the record. It is 36 interceptions in 1970.

Didn't that bunch include Bobby Scott, Bobby Majors, David Allen, And Curt Watson? Those names seemed to go in that time frame too.

The kid isn't d1. He will be lucky to go d2

You may well be a better judge of talent than me, but to me he breaks on the ball well, closes well, he plays the ball not the receiver. My thinking is he'd be practical at Free Safety.
